Maharao Sir Khengarji III (1866, r. 1875 – 1942)
He was the Ruler of Kutch. This portrait has been treated a bit differently and instead of the mount of the photograph, it has been stitched on cloth. The cloth has also been embroidered in the traditional mochi bharat or cobblers stitch of Kutch. The top of the cloth has the Kutch fort on the left and an elephant on the right with the victory flag. One can see two swords on either side of the image and the bottom carries the name of the king.
